If there is anyone, who knows KJ the owner of Apex Remodeling we do. Last year a lighting hit our tree and the branch landed on our main electrical line. It started a fire in our attic. We were home and the fire department did put the fire out, but my utility room was destroyed. The fire put us out of our home for six weeks.
